Weekend Read: "The Secret CIA Life of..."

nthWORD recommends dropping by The Nervous Breakdown for a quick read of N.L. Belardes' short memoir The Secret CIA Life of Alex Raffio, the profile of an ex-CIA operative who stuffs his face with a greasy burger and fries at Leo's Burgers as he recounts a $9 million dollar sock deal with Iran, a metal that is stronger than steel but more flexible than foil, and Vietnam.
